Crypic Teardrop Crab (currently best guess)

This tiny crustation is found in shallow water hiding under rocky/coral rubble. Their red color lets them blend in with pieces of red Foraminiferan shells. They carry on his legs and carapace small tunicates and other organisms. They stay very still unless bothered making them very hard to see measuring barely 1/4 inch.
