Balistes vetula

An odd shaped swimmer with deep blue mustache lines, streamers on their tail fins and radiating lines around the eyes. Sometimes spotted in deeper water, 10 feet or more. They can display various shades of blue/green/turquoise colors. Not extremely flighty if approached slowly. Can reach 1.5 feet in length.
