Blackfin Cardinalfish

This Cardinalfish is similar to the Conchfish, but is never in living Conch. This specimen was found hiding an aluminum can that I found and was going to remove from the seagrass bed. He seemed quite happy to then retreat into the dense mangrove roots to look for a more suitable home. The can was laying in about three feet of water.
