Eunicea  fusca.

Look for these small, (up to only 1.5 feet in height) bushy colonies on patch reefs and large rock shorelines where the water has some surge  Both of these colonies were found in 3-6 feet of water. The polyp openings are swollen and remain the shape of doughnuts. the branches are gray and polyps are yellow/brown.
