Purplemouth Moray Eel
Gymnothorax vicinusI've seen more tails of this eel than heads. They must think themselves shorter than they are.... their tails are always sticking out. Maybe they don't realize than can grow to four feet in length. Found in shallow areas of rocks/rubble. Look for them towards sunset when they start peeking their heads out in anticipation of night feeding. Growth to almost 4 feet.
