Red Night Shrimp

Cinetorhynchus manningi

This small (2 inch) nocturnal shrimp is a true shrimp. They hide deep in the reefs during the day and come out to feed at night. Their black eyes glow red when light is shined on them and the reef is dotted with hundreds of little eyes. Found in water 10-90 feet.  I think then center picture could be a juvenile.
